At Ghesseh, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before it is shipped. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Ghessehjewelry@gmail.com

• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

We will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
